I can't think of anything to put because I got bored of the last blog thingy.

Spore and Mercenaries 2 comes out this Friday. HOT SHIT. Now if I could merge the 2 into one new game I doubt I'll leave the game. Actually maybe because Spore has no auto save...sucks. Mercs 2 has it's own share of problems according to review sites and THAT GUY OVER THERE. Bad AI etc. To be fair Mercs 1 had terrible AI and everytime I heard a Chinese man go "HU MING AH" was everytime I passed them in my funky civilian car.

I should really be doing something else with my time. I'm sure that volunteer job helping special people use computers is too late to apply for. Considering I was talking to the guy about it in...January. So I decided to get some wick for my zippo because around here it's hard to come by.

Also Oblivion with Guns...I mean Fallout 3 is coming out in October. I can't wait to talk to Lucien....I mean Mr Burke about putting a bomb into another bomb. But I'll have to remember taking that hat from the Sheriff before blowing it up. Saints Row 2 comes out too. Too bad it'll ger lower scores than GTA IV for being a clone. WELL EXCUSE ME FOR DOING EVERYTHING BETTER THAN YOU says SR2 to GTAIV. I'd much prefer dicking about than playing bowling. If I could throw the bowling ball at Roman then I might think again. I did have fun pushing him off a tall building.

Little Big Planet is coming out then too. I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY LEVELS SHAPED LIKE GENITALS AND SWASTICAS. It looks good but no one is really creative. Spore Creature Creator showed us that with the COLOSSAL AMOUNT of dicks with wings. To be fair it already has levels you can play if you're shitty at making a level.

Highlander the game? Jumping jesus it has a new game coming out? I won't even bother with that unless it has Sean Connery. Who would of though getting a French man playing a Scotsman and a Scotsman playing an Egyptian man would work?

November has Tom Clancy: End War...funny how Tom Clancy never really has much involvement in these books and games. Though I like the idea of using a mic to tell your soldiers to do something. I'm sure the first SOCOM did something like that on the PS2. It's probably improved now. I don't want to say to my units "alpha to delta or some shit" and they end up doing a conga line.

No offence intended or anything, but I hate it when people who say GTA IV wasn't the best in the series as it was realistic, and had no elements from SA in it.

Sure, GTA IV wasn't good as I hoped it to be, but it's still good enough in my books.

I played Saints Row, and yes, it is good and fun, but in all honesty, I'll stick with the master creator of this genre - GTA.

GTA IV was good. But not 'perfect' as most reviewers describe it. It did have a story this time around. A decent one at that. But I liked the over the top attitude the prior GTA games had. This went into a more serious side. I like the odd series game but GTA should never be serious. I like to have a bit of silly fun.

Plus it was way to short. I can understand GTA IV set the foundation for their new engine. They will eventually add all the things we loved from the last games in their GTA IV San Andreas.

The reason GTA III was such a revolutionary game was because it made the jump from a birds eye view from the first two games and the London expansion to 3D. GTA IV did not make a huge leap. Just a step.

Saints Row 2 is something I will look as an alternative from now on. I feel it is a shame it won't even get close to GTA in professional reviews and regular gamers. Whilst GTA made the sandbox genre it shouldn't be the only one out there. Saints Row may be the better game, or even as far as the best game ever. It will make it's mark into obscurity.

So here's waiting for Saints Row 2 and GTA V (or GTA IV Vice City).
